The initial request was framed as a website, but the real need was broader: define the product story, clarify ownership, organize investor information, and create a secure path for sensitive program details. My team stepped in to shape the strategy before moving into design and implementation.
We defined objectives, personas, content needs, and technical requirements so stakeholders had a shared frame for decisions. That work included close coordination with internal teams and the bank managing the program.

The architecture covered both public-facing marketing communication and a secure bank dashboard, giving the program a clearer operating model across audiences.
Because regulatory requirements shaped what could be shared, we designed a passcode-protected access model that balanced compliance with a usable investor experience.

The finished experience gave investors a clearer way to understand the corporate notes program, evaluate benefits, and follow participation steps. The site also gave internal stakeholders a more structured foundation for marketing, compliance, and ongoing communication.
Clearer content, SEO-conscious structure, and responsive design helped the program become easier to find, understand, and use across devices.

Secure access patterns reinforced trust while keeping the investor journey focused on the information and actions users needed most.
