Turning complexity
into direction

I lead UX strategy and product design for enterprise tools, turning complex workflows into clear, usable experiences that support employees and business goals.
About me

For more than a decade, I've helped teams define, design, and ship digital products across internal platforms, mobile apps, corporate websites, service portals, and emerging AI experiences. My work sits between strategy, design systems, prototyping, and delivery, with a focus on turning ambiguity into practical direction.

I care about systems as much as screens: clear information architecture, accessible patterns, consistent visual language, and content that helps people make decisions. I also stay close to emerging technology, especially AI, so the experiences I design are useful today and adaptable tomorrow.

Based in South Florida, I work well with distributed teams when expectations, standards, and feedback loops are clear. I help create that structure, then use it to keep product, design, engineering, and stakeholders aligned.

What drives me is simple: make complex work easier to understand and easier to act on. The best projects give teams shared direction, give users confidence, and create value the business can sustain.
